Our website uses functional, security and session cookies and similar technologies, including standard WordPress cookies, anti-spam fields and Google reCAPTCHA on our contact form. 4 PURPOSE OF COLLECTION
4.1 WHY ARE WE COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We collect your Personal Information to:
(a) respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
(b) assess, provide, support and improve our scientific software, computing infrastructure and related services;
(c) negotiate, enter into, perform and administer contracts and business relationships;
(d) issue invoices, process payments, maintain business records and manage accounts;

(b) technology, cloud-storage, communications, payment, banking, accounting and business-administration providers, including Google Workspace services, Slack, Google Drive, Xero, Tailscale, NAB and Wise;

(d) government agencies, regulators, courts, tribunals and law-enforcement bodies where required or permitted by law.
6.2 OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE
We use cloud-based service providers, including Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, Xero, Tailscale and Wise. These providers may store, process, host, back up or provide support in relation to Personal Information from locations outside Australia.
Depending on the relevant provider and service, Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in or accessed from multiple locations internationally, including Australia, the United States, countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Under our current service arrangements, we cannot select or require that all Personal Information is held in a particular country.
